Homemade Topping Pizza has simple ingredients. You just need to buy Instant Pizza Bread in Supermarket, and add your favourite topping such as minched beef, sausage, mozzarela, chedar cheese, etc.
Put everything on the instant bread, with tomato sauce and pepper if you like, or any season that you like, and then bake it in 180 degree celcius for about 20 minutes or until the bread cook enough. If you like crispy, you can bake it longer.
Melt the butter, then fry the garlic until smelly. Then add the flour, mix well. Then pour the milk. Mix well until a little thick, then add all the spice, mix well. Until it’s thicker, add the oyster sauce to change the color. Mix well until the thicker is enough according to your taste. If you want, you can add mushroom.
Because of Pandemic Covid-19, it’s really worrysome if we come out to eat something. And I spend most of 2020 at home, and self cooking. I looking for many recipe in the internet and try to cook by my self. One of them is beef steak. Eating steak, will need some sauce such as Blackpepper Sauce, Mushroom Sauce, etc. This time, I want to share how to make Blackpepper Sauce.
Ingredient: – 200ml Water – 1tbs Corn Starch mixed with little water – 1tbs Sweet Soysauce – 1tbs Oyster Sauce – 1tbs Garlic Powder (or you can use 1 garlic but break and cut it into tiny slice) – 1tbsp Blackpepper Powder – Sugar and Salt according your taste – 1tbs Cooking Oil
How to make: – Heat the oil and sauted the garlic until it has good smell – Add the Sweet Soysauce, Oyster Sauce and Blackpepper Powder – Then add Water – Boiled it – After boiled, then add the corn starch until it’s thick according your taste – Enjoy your sauce
I want to make some Cold cake, and I need Red Bean Paste. So, I decided today to make the red bean paste.
What you need? – Red Bean 250 gr (soak in the water for 1 night) – Sugar 330 gr – cooking oil 50 ml – glutinous rice flour 2 tablespoon + water 3 tablespoon – salt 1/4 teaspoon
How to make? – Clean the red bean and soak in the water for 1 night – Boil the red bean with 1 litre water, after boiled, lower the fire to low heat, close the lids and boil around 2 hours. – Blend the red bean or if you didn’t have any blended, then you can use sleve, press the red bean in the sleve until soft – Put the red bean in the non-stick frying pan, mix with sugar, oil, salt and glutinous rice flour which already dissolved in the water. – Cook until smooth. – The Red Bean Paste is ready to use. – if you make too many, put the rest inside the plastic wrap and put it in the freezer.
Butuh Village, is the highest village in Magelang Regency, Central Java. And recently, this village become very famous. People call the village Magelang’s Nepal.
Why Nepal? Actually, I haven’t been in Nepal, so I didn’t know how it looks like. The house building in this village, is built very unique in Mount Sumbing’s slope, from the bottom to uphill, with colorful color, and if we see it from the downhill, it looks like terracing. And with background Mount Sumbing, and blue sky, makes this place very beautiful.
The photospot located at Mount Sumbing basecamp in Kaliangkrik, there’s a photospot in there. And there is also a coffee shop, you can enjoy the beautiful scene with drink coffee. The weather is cold, because you are in 1620 altitude above sea level. Don’t forget to bring jacket when you come here in the morning.
If you want to climb mount Sumbing, this is one of the basecamp that you can take the path.
When the sun is high enough, the fog sometimes come down and hide the scenery.
Dusun Butuh located in Kaliangkrik, Magelang Regency. This place is famous with name Nepal Van Java.
I heard that actually this village is already known before, but nowadays people more openly in selfie and posting it on Social Media, so the influence is bigger than before. That’s why, this place is quiet famous now.
You can walk around the village too, the villagers make some building paint beautifully. But please respect the villagers, keep quiet and polite.
I have a new hobby, actually, I wants to do this hobby quiet a long time ago. But each time I have plan, and the plan is always only a plan. Sometimes, I even forgot if I have plan of vlogging. hehe…
Actually, I want to really doing it when my trip to New Zealand this October, I even bought some action camera. But because the current situation, I have to postponed the trip.
And now, I decided to make it happened.

Vlog entries often combine embedded video (or a video link) with supporting text, images, and other metadata. Entries can be recorded in one take or cut into multiple parts. Vlog category is popular on the video-sharing platform YouTube.
In recent years, “vlogging” has spawned a large community on social media, becoming one of the most popular forms of digital entertainment. It is popularly believed that, alongside being entertaining, vlogs can deliver deep context through imagery as opposed to written blogs.
Video logs (vlogs) also often take advantage of web syndication to allow for the distribution of video over the Internet using either the RSS or Atom syndication formats, for automatic aggregation and playback on mobile devices and personal computers.
Actually, it seems like we are making a serial drama / tv series / reality show, but the content is about reportng, just like news. And for me, that not good in history and reporting, it’s a hard things to do.
It’s really different with blogging, because in blogging, we are writing, and we check the article before publish.
But in vlogging, you need to know what to say, and the plot, and not make any mistake while reporting.
I know that each people has different skill, maybe for some people, they are born naturally for reporting something and speaking. But, I think this won’t make me not doing this new hobby. So I try to make some script for what’s the point that I want to say, and shooting some action that suitable with the vlog. And editing it, to make it looks like a story. Usually, I only make some VClip without me reporting. But this time, I really want to make video blog, and I’m doing it because I really want to do it, not because of I need traffic.
So far, I enjoy the process, and I think I will always continue this until I don’t know when. Is there anyone who maybe share something about how to vlogging? I would like to appreciate it. Here’s some of my vlog video, this is my first one and 2nd one (Indonesian language).

This is an dessert from Walls (famous ice cream brand in Indonesia) and once famous at 90th (when I’m younger). This ice cream is very expensive that time. It’s unique because it is like tart cake.
This year, Walls re-make this ice cream and once it came out for sale, many people buy it already. It’s a little different from before, now it has only 1 layer but it’s longer. It still has it’s signature, chocolate and still taste so good.
In my city, you can buy it for IDR 49.500/box (around USD$3,3)
Don’t forget to put it on freezer once you buy it because this ice cream is very easy to melt. You have to freeze it at least 24 hours.
