Have you ever taste Boba Brown Sugar? It’s a famous drink nowadays, and many people sell it. My sister in law, try to make the boba (bubble).
- Water 250ml
- Tapioca Flour 300gr
- Brown Sugar 200gr
- Cold Water 250ml
How to make?
Cook Brown Sugar and water enough to make liquid sugar. Put the tapioca flour and mix it well until it’s become dough, knead it well. Form it into small ball with diameter approximately 1cm. Pour some Tapioca Flour so that the dough won’t stick each other.
Boiled water, and put the dough into the boiling water until it’s chewy and shiny. Filter the water, and put the boba into cold water. Mix it a while, and filter the water again.
And here it is, the Boba / bubble.
Now, it’s time to make the milk tea. Mix the tea and milk, together until it becomes milk tea.
Now, prepare a cup of glass, put some brown sugar, and boba. Then pour the milk tea into it.
Done… Boba Brown Sugar Milk Tea..
When you go to the beach, the most favourite fruit that you always eat is coconut.
The coconut tree Cocos nucifera is a member of the palm treefamily (Arecaceae) and the only living species of the genus Cocos. The term “coconut” can refer to the whole coconut palm, the seed, or the fruit, which botanically is a drupe, not a nut. The name comes from the old Portuguese and Spanish word coco, meaning ‘head’ or ‘skull’ after the three indentations on the coconut shell that resemble facial features. They are ubiquitous in coastal tropical regions, and are a cultural icon of the tropics.
It is one of the most useful trees in the world, and is often referred to as the “tree of life”. It provides food, fuel, cosmetics, folk medicine and building materials, among many other uses. The inner flesh of the mature seed, as well as the coconut milk extracted from it, forms a regular part of the diets of many people in the tropics and subtropics. Coconuts are distinct from other fruits because their endosperm contains a large quantity of clear liquid, called coconut water or coconut juice. Mature, ripe coconuts can be used as edible seeds, or processed for oil and plant milk from the flesh, charcoal from the hard shell, and coir from the fibrous husk. Dried coconut flesh is called copra, and the oil and milk derived from it are commonly used in cooking – frying in particular – as well as in soaps and cosmetics. The hard shells, fibrous husks and long pinnate leaves can be used as material to make a variety of products for furnishing and decoration.
I bought some Green Tea Powder. It’s delicious.

If you go to Apgujeong Station, just go to exit 2. But because we are from Apgujeong Rodeo Street station exit 2, then we walk straigh until intersection, cross the big road (not the small road). Then go to the right to Apgujeong Station directions.
Just walk until you found Blacksmith Restaurant, turn left. Just go straight then you will found the cafe.
Address: 13 Apgujeong-ro 42-gil (640-9 Sinsa-dong) Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea
After rest enough and enjoy the cafe, we continue to our next destination. From Kona Beans, back to the main road, then turn left. Until you found the big intersections. Turn left, there you can see the Apgujeong Subway Station exit 2.
I often passed this area when I’m going to Pangandaran Beach. It’s located in Banjarnegara Area.

This instant milk tea is very suitable in cold weather. And very easy to make. I accidently buy this drink in Huanglong, and fall in love with it. We even buy about 12pcs to bring back home.
The milk tea didn’t taste too sweet, and it’s really suitable to my taste. Actually, I love milk tea, and this instant milk tea has many flavour and my favourite is chocolate.
