Informasi Penerbangan Lion Air Group: Persyaratan WAJIB Perjalanan Udara Masa Waspada Pandemi Covid-19

Lion Air (kode penerbangan JT), Wings Air (kode penerbangan IW), Batik Air (kode penerbangan ID) member of Lion Air Group menyampaikan informasi sehubungan dengan persiapan mengenai persyaratan calon penumpang.

Proses dan persiapan perjalanan udara “wajib” bagi calon penumpang Lion Air Group, sebagai berikut:

  1. Tiba lebih awal di terminal keberangkatan yakni empat jam sebelum keberangkatan,
  2. Menunjukkan dokumen atau berkas kelengkapan, meliputi
    1. Tiket pesawat valid,
    2. Identitas diri resmi dan masih berlaku (Kartu Tanda Penduduk atau identitas lainnya),
    3. Surat keterangan atau sertifikat bebas Covid-19, surat keterangan perjalanan dan dokumen lain yang harus dipenuhi sesuai Surat Edaran Nomor 5 Tahun 2020,
      • Hasil Rapid Test negatif Covid-19 maksimal berlaku 3 hari sejak diterbitkan; atau
      • Hasil Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) negatif Covid-19 berlaku maksimal 7 hari sejak diterbitkan oleh fasilitas kesehatan; atau
      • Surat keterangan bebas gejala seperti influenza bagi daerah yang tidak memiliki fasilitas RT-PCR maupun Rapid Test.
    4. Mengisi kartu kewaspadaan kesehatan elektronik (electronic Health Alert Card/ e-HAC) sebelum berangkat. Informasi lebih lanjut dapat diakses melalui aplikasi e-HAC Indonesia (Android) atau http://sinkarkes.kemkes.go.id/ehac  .
    5. Agar memperhatikan Peraturan yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah, mengenai persyaratan khusus tujuan akhir:

  3. Mengenakan masker sebelum penerbangan, saat di dalam pesawat hingga mendarat dan keluar dari bandar udara,
  4. Mencuci tangan atau menggunakan cairan pembersih kuman pada tangan (hand sanitizer),
  5. Menjaga kebersihan selama berada di dalam pesawat,
  6. Menyarankan agar calon penumpang membawa hand sanitizer sendiri.

Mengacu pada Surat Edaran Nomor 5 Tahun 2020 Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 Tentang Perubahan Atas Surat Edaran Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 Tentang Kriteria Pembatasan Perjalanan Orang Dalam Rangka Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19, berikut kriteria dan syarat (persyaratan pengecualian) calon penumpang, antara lain:

  1. Persyaratan perjalanan orang yang bekerja pada lembaga pemerintah atau swasta (orang yang bekerja pada lembaga pemerintah atau swasta:
    1. Menunjukkan surat tugas bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara, Tentara Nasional Indonesia, Kepolisian Republik Indonesia yang ditandatangani oleh minimal pejabat setingkat eselon II;
    2. Menunjukkan surat tugas bagi pegawai Badan Usaha Milik Negara/Daerah, Lembaga non pemerintah, dan Lembaga Usaha yang ditandatangani oleh Direksi/Kepala Kantor;
    3. Menunjukkan surat keterangan uji tes Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) dengan hasil tes negatif yang berlaku 7 hari atau surat keterangan uji Rapid Test dengan hasil non reaktif yang berlaku 3 hari pada saat keberangkatan;
    4. Surat keterangan bebas gejala seperti influensa (influenza-like illness) yang dikeluarkan oleh Dokter Rumah Sakit/ Puskesmas bagi daerah yang tidak memiliki fasilitas PCR Test / Rapid Test;
    5. Bagi yang tidak mewakili lembaga pemerintah atau swasta harus membuat surat pernyataan yang ditandatangani di atas materai dan diketahui oleh Lurah/ Kepala Desa setempat;
    6. Identitas diri (KTP atau tanda pengenal lainnya yang sah);
    7. Melaporkan rencana perjalanan (jadwal keberangkatan, jadwal pada saat berada di daerah penugasan, serta waktu kepulangan).
    8. Menunjukkan identitas diri (KTP atau tanda pengenal lainnya yang sah)
    9. Menunjukkan surat keterangan kematian sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku;
    10. Menunjukkan surat keterangan rujukan Rumah Sakit untuk pasien atau orang sakit keras;
    11. Surat keterangan uji tes Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) dengan hasil tes negatif yang berlaku 7 hari atau surat keterangan uji Rapid Test dengan hasil non reaktif yang berlaku 3 hari pada saat keberangkatan bagi keluarga yang mendampingi pasien/ orang sakit keras atau jenazah; atau
    12. Surat keterangan bebas gejala seperti influensa (influenza-like illness) yang dikeluarkan oleh Dokter Rumah Sakit/ Puskesmas bagi daerah yang tidak memiliki fasilitas PCR Test/ Rapid Test.
  2. Persyaratan perjalanan pasien yang membutuhkan pelayanan kesehatan darurat atau orang yang keluarga intinya (orang tua, suami/istri, anak, saudara kandung) sakit keras atau meninggal dunia:
  3. Persyaratan repatriasi pekerja migran Indonesia, Warga Negara Indonesia dan pelajar/ mahasiswa yang berada di luar negeri, serta pemulangan orang dengan alasan khusus oleh pemerintah sampai ke daerah asal:
    1. Menunjukkan identitas diri (KTP atau tanda pengenal lainnya yang sah)
    2. Menunjukkan surat keterangan dari Badan Perlindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (BP2MI) atau surat keterangan dari Kantor Perwakilan Republik Indonesia di luar negeri bagi Pekerja Migran indonesia.
    3. Surat keterangan dari Universitas atau Sekolah bagi mahasiswa dan pelajar.
    4. Surat keterangan uji tes Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) dengan hasil tes negatif yang berlaku 7 hari atau surat keterangan uji Rapid Test dengan hasil non reaktif yang berlaku 3 hari pada saat keberangkatan;
    5. Memenuhi persyaratan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku tentang Repatriasi Pekerja Migran indonesia (PMI), Warga Negara Indonesia dan pelajar/mahasiswa yang berada di luar negeri, serta pemulangan dengan alasan khusus oleh Pemerintah.

According to Letter Statement number 05/2020 Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 about the changing of letter statement number 4/2020 about Criteria for limiting people’s trip in the context of acceleration of covid-19 handling:

  1. For those who work in goverment or private department:
    1. Show the duty letter
    2. Show the letter of assignment
    3. Show the Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) negative covid-19 valid for 7 days and 3 days for Rapid Test with non-reactive result after issued
    4. Letter of statement free from any influenza sympthoms from official hospital for those who didn’t provide PCR Test/Rapid Test
    5. For those travelling by private, have to bring statement letter signed by local goverment (Lurah / Head Village)
    6. ID Card Original
    7. Travel Itinery
    8. Show the hospital referral certificate for a patient or a person who is seriously ill
    9. Death certificate in accordance with applicable regulation.
    10. Test result of Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) with negative result which valid for 7 days or Rapid Test result non-reactive which valid for 3 days for those who will accompany patient / seriously ill patient or corpse
    11. Statement letter for free influence symptomps from official hospital
  2. The requirements for those who need to travel for health emergency or those who relatives (parents, husband / wife, children, sister / brother) had a critical illness or death.
  3. Repatriation requirements for Indonesian migrant workers, Indonesian citizens and students who are abroad, and the return of people for special reasons by the government to the area of origin.
    1. Show Identity Card (KTP, Passport)
    2. Show a statement letter from Badan Perlindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (BP2MI) or statement letter from Republic of Indonesia Representative Offices abroad for Indonesian Migrant Workers.
    3. Statement letter from University or school for student.
    4. Statement letter of Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) with negative result which valid for 7 days or statment letter of Rapid Test which non-reactive result which valid for 3 days when departure.
    5. Meet the requirements in accordance with the applicable provisions concerning Repatriation of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI), Indonesia Citizen and Student abroad, and repatriation for special reasons by the Government.

Reschedule / Refund Indonesia Airline Flight Ticketing because Pandemic Corona Virus (Covid-19)

1. Garuda Indonesia

Once you enter Garuda Indonesia website, you will see:

You can cancelled or reschedule your flight because of Corona if you have ticket from 24th January 2020 – 1st June 2020 which issued before 23rd April 2020.

For reschedule, Garuda give 1 times without charge for reschedule until 30th June 2021 (no blackout date). With additional fee if the new ticket has higher class than the previous.

For cancel and refund, Garuda will give you Travel Voucher and can be used for travelling before 30th June 2021. Additional fee will be charge if the new ticket price is higher than the voucher value.

For Airasia, you have to contact AVA or Twitter for Refund / Reschedule. AVA is a Virtual Assistant. Sometimes, we need to contact the real assistant (Allstar) to ask further information. And many people has problem to contact Allstar from AVA.

Enjoy Sumba D1 # NTT – Indonesia

We go to the airport at 08:30 using hotel shuttle bus. Then we go to check-in counter Wings Air. Our destination is Tambolaka (TMC) which located at West Sumba. Our flight is at 11:00 and will arrive at Tambolaka at 12:20.

The airport is very small and only several airplane will arrive in here.

I make this open trip because I want to go to Sumba too. I join Ivacanza Tour.

Our Guide, Mr Duwi has already in arrival area with hiace to take us touring for today. We go to hotel first to put our luggage and lunch.

I heard that this is one of the best hotel in Southwest Sumba. We keep our luggage at the receptionist first and will check-in at night.

Today’s destination is:

  1. Ratenggaro Traditional Village
  2. Bwanna Beach

It took about 1 hour to go to Ratenggaro Traditional Village (wikipedia). The village located near the Ratenggaro beach and above the hills. We can see how’s the local live in here, and what are they doing in daily life. The village is very beautiful and still original.

Ratenggaro this name, is from Rate, which means the grave and Nggaro / Gaura, which is the first person name who live in this village. The distance from Tambolaka, the capital of Southwest Sumba Regency is 56km.

The unique things that you can found in here is, you seems like back to 4500 years ago, at Megaliths era which you can find old stone grave in the village.

The other unique things from this village is, located near the Ratenggaro Beach and we can see the ocean.

The locals will inform us about their part of thehouse and you can ride horse in here. You can rent it and take picture with it.

Sumba is famous with its embroidery. The people here will stitch it by themselves and sometimes it took a long time to finish. So that’s why, some of embroidery cloths is very expensive but the material is very highclass.

We bring some stationary and snack for the local children and they really like it. But you have to be careful when you share the things, because they could be very eager.

Then we go to Bwanna Beach. Some people or website call it Mbawana Beach, or Bawana Beach. (another website)

This time, our guide bring us to go down to the beach. And it tooks some efforts. They ask the local to help us because we have to go downhill which very steep. The local is familiar with the hills so they can help us. (Tips suggestion: IDR 50.000-100.000/person, please negotiate first)

It took 10 minutes to go down, but seems like 30 minutes. We have to be really carefull. For those who has heart disease or afraid of height, I suggest you can wait in the car.

There’s no clean toilet in here.

The beach is very beautiful and no people at all. It’s only us so it looks like private beach. There’s a big coral which looks like tunnels and the scene is very beautiful. Too bad, the sun is covered so there’s no sunset in here.

After take some picture, we go back to the car parking. When we go down, we just need to be careful so we don’t slip. But when we go up, you have to use your muscle to lift your body. Seems like we go up at an angle of almost 90 degress. On the first day, we have already work out haha..

Just a reminder, when you go on trip to Sumba, you need to prepare your stamina because all the trip need trekking and swimming.

On the way back to hotel, we all are sleeping, haha.. The sun has already set and it’s really dark on the way back to hotel. Still there’s not enough light in the road.

Arriving at hotel, we go to check-in. I got a room on the 2nd floor T__T and we have to climb stairs while bringing our luggage. But the room is unique, there’s a living room once we enter our room and there’s a small stair to go up again to our bedroom.

Don’t forget to relax your foot and give some ointment So tomorrow it won’t be too stiff.
