This is my favourite drink in Mang Engking, it's called Cincau (grass jelly/leaf jelly) Ice. Usually the colour is black, but in this restaurant called green glass jelly. It's delicious and really traditional. Serve with coconut milk and palm sugar, with ice. It's so fresh.
