Merujuk Surat Edaran Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 No. SE 7 Tahun 2020 Tentang Kriteria Dan Persyaratan Perjalanan Orang Dalam Masa Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru Menuju Masyarakat Produktif Dan Aman Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), berikut kami sampaikan syarat dan ketentuan pembelian tiket exemption flight bagi penumpang Sriwijaya Air Group yang ingin melakukan perjalanan selama periode keberangkatan 8 Juni 2020-UFN.

Persyaratan Pembelian Tiket
Penerbangan Domestik
Surat Keterangan Sehat Bebas dari COVID-19; setiap penumpang harus memenuhi persyaratan kesehatan dan harus memiliki surat keterangan sehat baik untuk pergi maupun pulang yang diperoleh dari dokter rumah sakit, puskesmas, atau klinik.
- Surat Keterangan Tes Reverse Transcription–Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR), dengan hasil non reaktif/negatif/ pada periode maksimum 7 hari sebelum keberangkatan.
- Surat Keterangan uji Rapid Test dengan hasil non reaktif/negatif pada periode maksimum 3 hari sebelum keberangkatan.
- Surat Keterangan bebas gejala seperti influenza (influenza – like illness), bagi daerah yang tidak memiliki fasilitas PCR Test atau Rapid Test.
Identitas diri (KTP, SIM, Passport atau tanda pengenal lain yang sah)

- Setiap individu yang datang dari luar negeri harus melakukan PCR Test pada saat ketibaan, bila belum melaksanakan dan tidak dapat menunjukkan surat hasil PCR Test dari negara keberangkatan.
- Pemerikasaan PCR Test perjalanan orang kedatangan luar negeri dikecualikan pada PLBN (Pos Lintas Batas Negara) yang tidak memiliki peralatan PCR, dengan melakukan rapid test dan menunjukkan surat keterangan bebas gejala seperti influensa (influenza-like illness), serta dikecualikan untuk perjalanan orang komuter yang melalui PLBN dengan menunjukkan surat keterangan bebas gejala seperti (influenza-like illness) yang dikeluarkan oleh Dokter Rumah Sakit/Otoritas Kesehatan.
- Selama waktu tunggu hasil pemeriksaan PCR Test, setiap orang wajib menjalani karantina di tempat akomodasi karantina khuusus yang telah disediakan oleh pemerintah.
- Mengunduh dan mengaktifkan aplikasi Peduli Lindungi pada perangkat seluler.
Pemeriksaan Sebelum Keberangkatan
- Penumpang wajib datang lebih awal (minimal 3 jam sebelum keberangkatan) dan membawa dokumen perjalanan asli untuk dilakukan verifikasi data sebelum check-in.
- Sriwijaya Air tidak bertanggung jawab atas kesalahan atau kekurangan dokumen persyaratan dan berhak untuk membatalkan penerbangan penumpang.
- Tiket yang tidak sesuai persyaratan mengikuti ketentuan yang berlaku di internal Sriwijaya Air.
* Ketentuan dan kebijakan ini dapat dihentikan sesuai kebutuhan dengan melihat situasi perkembangan penanganan Covid-19 di tanah air.

Referring to Circular of Task Force for Handling Acceleration of Covid-19 No. SE 7 of 2020 concerning Criteria and Requirements for the Traveling of People in the Adaptation Period New Habits Towards a Productive and Safe Society of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), here we submit the terms and conditions for purchasing exemption flight tickets for Sriwijaya Air Group passengers who wish to travel during the 8 June 2020-UFN departure period.

Ticket Purchasing Requirements:
Domestic Flights
Health Certificate negativ COVID-19; each passenger must meet health requirements and must have a health certificate both for going and back home obtained from a hospital doctor, health center, or clinic.
- Certificate of Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) Test, with non-reactive / negative results / for a maximum period of 7 days before departure.
- Certificate of Rapid Test test with non-reactive / negative results in a maximum period of 3 days before departure.
- Symptom-free Certificate such as influenza (influenza – like illness), for areas that do not have PCR Test or Rapid Test facilities.

Going Abroad

Going back to Indonesia from Abroad
- Every individual who comes from abroad must carry out a PCR Test at the time of arrival if they cannot show the results of the PCR Test from the country of departure.
- Examination of PCR Tests for trips of foreign arrivals are excluded from PLBN (Post-State Border Posts) which do not have PCR equipment, by conducting a rapid test and showing a certificate of symptom-free such as influenza (influenza-like illness), as well as being excluded for commuter trips through PLBN by showing a certificate of symptoms-free like (influenza-like illness) issued by the Hospital Doctor / Health Authority.
- During the waiting time for PCR Test results, each person must undergo quarantine at the special quarantine accommodation provided by the government.
- Download and activate the Pedulilindungi application on a mobile device.
Pre-Departure Screening Check
- Passengers are required to arrive early (at least 3 hours before departure) and bring original travel documents for data verification before check-in.
- Sriwijaya Air is not responsible for errors or lack of required documents and has the right to cancel passenger flights.
- Tickets that do not meet the requirements follow internal regulations in Sriwijaya Air.
