90th Birthday

Every year, we are celebrating our birthday. One year, one time. And sometimes, when you passed someone’s birthday, you will think, there’s another one next year.

Do you know, each age only comes once in a year. You won’t celebrate 17th birthday twice. So, each birthday is very meaningful. Especially when you don’t know if you still able to celebrate next year’s birthday. People’s life is unpredictable.

So, when my grandfather (mother’s father) celebrate his 90th Birthday, it’s really really special. Not many people could life until 90th. During this pandemic covid, it’s hard to celebrate with whole family because we all stay in different city. And we are very concern to grandfather’s health, so only my family going to celebrate. For others, we use video call. My grandfather got mild stroke before so now he can’t walk and only sit in the wheelchair. But his mind and everything is still good, he still follow news and now what happens today. It’s just that nowadays, we think his speaking is start to unclear.
