Soto is famous Indonesian traditional soup. And different city, has different taste and specialities. This time, it is named Soto Sokaraja, from Sokaraja, Banyumas Regency, Central Java.
It has different taste because there’s peanut sauce in there. And you can choose to use Lontong or Rice. I like to eat it with Lontong. It delicious, and taste sweet.
