In Indonesia, shrimp dumplings is one of my favourite foods. And the dumplings skin is very crunchy. So today, I decided to make it by my own. The dumplings skin in China, is very different with dumpling skin in Indonesia. The dumpling skin in China, can’t be very crunchy, maybe because it was made to be a soft skin and not the crunchy one. So it was really hard to looking for the right dumpling skin. And mostly, the dumpling skin in here is round one.



I bought some minched shrimp and put it inside the the dumpling skin. And after it was fried, I just realize that the minched shrimp is not only shrimp, but there’s some fish inside, so the taste is not the one that I wanted to make.
