Located at Jalan Purworejo-Magelang, this food stall is really famous. If you like to eat Javanese Fried Rice / Noodle, this is one of the right place.

Together, the two adventurers travel to the metropolis to uncover its mysterious secrets.
I didn’t have any idea what movie it is, my friend said that it’s good. And it turns out really good. It has a good moral for all of us especially for children (maybe with the guide of their parents). Even it’s a little confusing, but in the end, we could understand it.
Today is our last day. And we decided didn’t go anywhere. At 09:00, my cousins go to class. Today is his first day after school holiday.
Then after said goodbye to him, we eat breakfast at Old Town White Coffee. The breakfast menu in Old Town White Coffee is various than at Coffee Bean.
I order toast with fried egg and hot chocolate. My aunty order noodle and hot chocolate. My other cousin order nasi lemak and ice lemonade. We also take away kaya toast with half omega and ice lemonade. But you have to pay for MYR 2 if you want to take away.
After eat breakfast, we packing to go home. At 11:00, we check-out and ask the hotel staff to help us call the taxi from Myteksi Applications.
We eat lunch at Nanny’s Pavillon at the airport and it’s really expensive. Then at 15:15 we go back to Yogyakarta.
It’s a relaxing trip for me. Woke up in thr morning, and see the Taylor’s University Campus. I could see some students, maybe from Dancing Community, filming the dance cover. I don’t know what songs, but it interesting.
Our hotel, Ruemz Hotel Taylor’s has unique beakfast. We can choose between Coffee Bean, Old Town White Coffee and another coffee shop but I forgot the name.
We decided to eat breakfast at Coffee Bean which there’s 3 choice: Toast, Muffin, and Stone Bread.
For beverages, we can choose tea or brew coffee.
I choose toast and try the brew coffee. The toast is usual, and I didn’t like the brew coffee taste.
After eating breakfast, we rest for a while then at 13:00 we ride taxi to Sunway Pyramid. There’s no bus operated on Sunday to Taylor’s.
We eat lunch at Mr Tepanyaki.
Then we walk around the mall. It’s so big, I managed to instal the mall applications, but still got lost.
We also try Milkcow Ice Cream Korea. It’s delicious.
For dinner, we eat Japanese Food. I bought Tempura Udon.
Then we go back to hotel using Grabtaxi.
Today is our last day at Kuala Lumpur. We will move to Bandar Sunway and stay in there for 2 nights.
There’s a lot of way to go to Sunway from Bukit Bintang. We can ride monorail to KL Sentral and change to Subang Jaya station then ride bus or taxi from there. But we decided to “grabcar” from MyTeksi applicatios. It’s cheaper than regular rate. But if you don’t have Malaysia number, it would be a little dificult.
The application also give you a promo coupon, so it’s really useful. Arrive at Sunway, we stay at Rhuemz Hotel Taylors, which manage by Taylor’s University Hospitality program. The hotel is located right beside the university. And it’s quiet far from Sunway Centre.
When we arrive there, the rooms that we booked are not ready. We requested for connecting room, and we have to wait until 14:30.
We decided to eat first at Subway and also walk around the university. There’s 9th floor for classes with a lot of department. It’s cool, make me want to study again. There’s a lake in front of the university.
At 14:30, we check-in and put our luggage inside our room. The view from our rooms is amazing.
Then we go to bus station beside Taylor’s unversity and ride the local bus. It cost MYR 1.5/pax. First we go to my cousin’s apartment to put some of his stuff. It took almost 30 minutes by bus to go there. The apartment is called Suryamas Apartment. And it’s comfortable. There’s 3 block: block A, block B and block C. In the basement is car park. On level 2nd, there’s a gym, swimming pool, cafetaria, spa, and also reading room.
In front of the apartment, there’s a lot of food stand.
After walk around, then we go to Sunway Pyramid Mall by walking to there. It took 20 minutes.
The mall is quiet big, and looks nice. Even I have already see the directions, but it’s still quiet confusing. There’s Sunway Pyramid mobile applications if you want to go here, so you don’t need to look for any maps everytime you look for some store.
This is where Sunway Lagoon, an amusement park located, right besides the mall. So it’s really convenient if you stay around here.
My aunty buy Popiah, it’s like Lompiah in Indonesia. I buy crepes. We explore the mall until 20:30 then buy KFC take away. Then we ride “Grabcar” again to go back to hotel because the bus has stopped operated at 18:00.
After eating dinner, it’s time for rest.. Good night..
Woke up late today, we start our day at 11:00. We ate breakfast at instant restaurant again. This time, I try their BBQ with rice.
Our destination today is near KLCC. It’s Aquaria KLCC. I have never been there before because everytime I want to go there, I always lost way. And it happen again, but this time I took a wrong path.
In the Kuala Lumpur map which we can take in airport, we could walk from Pavilion Bukit Bintang, through Bukit Bintang-KLCC skybridge only for 5 minutes.
I didn’t see it first, and we ride monorail to Bukit Nanas.
Arrive at Bukit Nanas station, I just realize it. So we decided to walk to the sky bridge. We go out at Ampang Road and walk to the right. We passed Hard Rock restaurant, Concorde Hotel and also Sheraton Hotel.
In front of Sheraton Hotel, there’s an intersection, cross the road to the left and then walk straight. In the middle of the road, turn right until you see the sky bridge. Then took the elevator, and walk to the right until the end of the sky bridge and you will arrive at KLCC building. The aquaria is in that building at underground.
The ticket entrance to Aquaria is MYR 53/pax. It’s quiet expensive I think, because the area is not too big too. For student, there’s special price to MYR 32/pax.
I didn’t have a change to take picture of the ticket, we used the ticket to enter and it’s gone haha..
After pass a small path, we come to a big aquarium.
There’s some feeding show, but the time is not convenient. But we managed to watched big aquarium feeding and piranha feeding session.
We spend almost 4 hours inside there. Then after come out, we went to KLCC Petronas Twin Tower and Suria KLCC mall. It’s my 3rd time come here.
We eat lunch (or maybe evening eating because it’s alreay 5 o’clock in the evening) at Nando’s.
Then we walk around the mall while waiting for night. At 19:30, we go to KLCC Park and waiting for the musical laser fountain. That time, the fountain already dancing.
The musical fountain will play at 12:00 and 14:00 and also 18:00 before night. And at night, the light will turn on at 19:30 and the fountain will play at 20:00, 21:00 and 22:00.At 20:00 the music started. It’s beautiful.
It took for 20 minutes for the show. After finished, we go back to hotel using monorail. From KLCC to Dang Wangi then walk to Bukit Nanas Monorail and ride until Imbi Station.
We are so excited for today so we woke up early today. At 9 o’clock, we eat breakfast at Instant Restaurant which located beside the hotel. The boss is Indonesian people, and she is very friendly.I saw the booth, and interesting with it’s roasted pork. So I ordered Roasted Pork Noodle 烧肉面 which cost RM$7.
It’s yummy, the meat is so crunchy and tasty. My aunty ordered Porridge and 油条. My cousins ordered Roasted Pork Noodle, same with me and Balacan Fried Rice.
This restaurant will become our breakfast restaurant. Actually, there’s 2 restaurant with same concept, but maybe different owner, different luck. In the morning, Instant Restaurant is more crowded than the others. But in the evening, the others is more crowded than this one.
After eat breakfast, we go to our first destination,Central Market. The nearest station with hotel is Imbi Station or Bukit Bintang Station. Imbi Station located in the next Berjaya Times Square, and Bukit Bintang Station locted behind Sungei Wang Plaza.
We ride Monorail with KL Sentral direction to Hang Tuah station then change to KTM with Sentul Timur direction to Masjid Jamek station then change again to Kelana Jaya Line with kelana Jaya direction to Pasar Seni Station.
Exit subway station, go to Central Market directions. We have to walk around 5 minutes to go there. After cross the road, you can see the blue old building, that’s Central Market.
Central Market sell some art and culture craft. There’s a lot of clothes like batik, and some craft. The price is standard. In the back of the store, there’s painting store.
We decided to rest for a while, buy some drink. The weather is too hot.
From Central Market, we go to Chinatown Petaling Street. We just walk pass through the road.
Then we ride Kelana Jaya Line again, and back to Masjid Jamek. Our next destination is Masjid Jamek and Dataran Merdeka. Arrive at Masjid Jamek, we take the wrong exit. So we have to cross the road. And unfortunately, the Masjid Jamek is close at noon. So we decided to directly go to Dataran Merdeka.
From Masjid Jamek, we walk near the construction, and will find a square.
From the square, we can see Pasar Seni. What?? No way… it’s so close. It’s only located behind Central Market. But we don’t know. If we know, we didn’t need to ride the train.
In the intersection of the square and pasar seni, just turn right. Then you will see Textile Museum. Walk straight, pass the river and you will arrive at Dataran Merdeka.
We eat lunch first at Dataran Underground Mall. The mall is new, and nothing much to see. Only there’s 2 restaurant in there with limited seat.
After eating, we go out and walk around
We took photos with “I ❤ KL” statue and enjoy the view of building around the Dataran Merdeka.
After finished, we back to subway Masjid Jamek.
We go back to Imbi Station to go to Berjaya Times Square. I thought that it’s expensive mall. But it’s not. Most of the store is local product.
Because the hot weather, we decided to try the snow flake. It’s delicious and refreshing.
There’s a theme park inside the mall, located at the 5th floor. While eating ice cream, we saw the rollercoaster is playing. And we want to try it. I heard that it’s the 2nd longest rollercoaster for indoor theme park.
But something happen, while we eat ice, on the 2nd ride that we saw, the rollercoaster stopped in the middle of the ride. I thought that it’s a usual stop, but turned out there’s something with it. So we decided didn’t ride it. Haha..
We bought mineral water and some snack at Cool Storage.
In front of the cold storage, there’s a piano stairs that can produce the sound while you step on it. It’s beautiful and cool.
From Berjaya Times Square, we go to Pavilion Mall. We pass Sungei Wang Plaza, Lot10, Fahrenheit, all of them are famous shopping place at Bukit Bintang. We eat dinner at Pavilion Food Republic.
Then we go back to hotel for rest.
Thank you for one of my aunty, I got a chance to roaming in Kuala Lumpur. But this time, this is on duty journey. I will accompany them to walk around Kuala Lumpur.
My aunty stay at east java, her child study at Bandar Sunway. So, she wants to visit him while touring Kuala Lumpur. We depart from Yogyakarta, because my autny has something to do in central java, and the ticket price is cheaper than from Surabaya.
At 06:45, I go to Damri Bus Stasion at Hotel Wisata to go to the Airport. I took 7 o’clock bus and it cost IDR 50.000/pax. There’s approximately 8 people inside the bus and the journey take 1.5 hours.
At 08:30 I have arrived at Yogyakarta Adisucipto International Airport. My aunty and my cousin has already arrived in there too.
For information, there’s road renovation at Jalan Adisucipto, after ringroad to Airport direction, right before the imigration. From 4 path of car road into 3 path which there only 1 path to airport direction. I’m lucky because it’s still morning and not traffic in there. If you depart in the afternoon or evening, maybe you need to depart 2-3 hours early to avoid the late.
Arrived at airport, we still can’t check-in. So we wait until 09:30. We drop our baggage, and after verified our documents, we passed the imigrations. Then we wait in the waiting room.
Approximately 11:15, we are boarding. Then at 12:00, we say “see you again Yogya”. There’s delay 15 minutes from the exact time because of air traffic. It should be 11:45.
There’s only Airasia Flight from Yogyakarta to Kuala Lumpur direct. I have been many times ride this plane and it’c comfortable. But this time, there’s one stewardess that make me didn’t feel comfortable inside the flight. She help us, but I thought that her behavior is less polite. I hope she could realize and fix her attitude.
We buy pre-flight meal on the flight. I buy Uncle Chin’s Rice Chicken and my aunty and my cousin buy Nasi Lemak.
The flight took 2.5 hours. At 15:20 we landed at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2. The airport is new, so expect half hours to walk to imigrations, and then half hours to wait for the baggage. Our baggage has already on the belt. Last time I came here, when I arrived at baggage claim, the baggage still not come out and we have to wait 15 minutes.
We decided to ride bus to Hotel Capitol Bukit Bintang. The bus station is on 1st floor.and you can see a lot of ticket booth in there. Just go to the bus locket and ask for the bus to your destination. Bus to hotel Capitol Bukit Bintang need to change to the small car. And it cost RM$15. The next bus is 16:30 which is still there 15 minutes to depart.
We go to platform A4 and the driver ask us what destination we go. And he will write our destination and I thought he tell the agency about it.
At 16:30 the bust depart. First stop is KLIA1. And no one depart from there so we continue to the city. Arrive near Pudu, we change to small car because the bus can not enter Bukit Bintang Area because there’s MRT construction.
Finally, we arrive at Hotel Capitol Kuala Lumpur. It cost RM$195/room/night. We booked via hotel website, http://www.fhihotel.com with credit card guarantee.
The room is nice. We booked connecting room, so it seems a big room because we open the connecting door. We are on the 6th floor and the view from here is nice.
We rest for a while, while waiting for my cousin that study in Sunway come here. 1 hour.. 2 hours.. my cousins suddenly said, the monorail is broken so it didn’t operated. He needs to wait on not sure time. So he decided to walk about 3km.
At 20:00, he arrive at hotel then we go eat dinner at Alor Street. We choose Alor Corner Stand which famous with Asam Laksa.
I order Curry Noodle. It’s not my favourite, but it’s better than Chicken amd Prawn Noodle which is my aunty’s order. My cousins order Asam Laksa and Dry Noodle.
Then we walk along the alor street, we try coconut ice cream and also Wong Ah Wah chicken wings.
Then we go back to the hotel to rest.
